Only 1 sediment pond and not effective. Many, many areas of concern where silt fences down or not at all, massive gullies, with many draining directly into Dry Creek.

This isa large subdivision with many entrances to home sites and raw construction sites.

Perimeter controls are only in a few places and most are not functioning properly.

Some wattles and eels but most were full or ripped. Not properly maintained.

Some areas had netting and/or coconut matt, rye grass, sod; however, most areas were void of vegetation. There was major erosion in gullies on hillsides.

Outlets were poorly constructed and in poor condition, lacking sufficient riprap for the volume of water.

Only the sediment pond had vegetation, everything else was denuded.
