Traps are placed in drainages that do not qualify as streams but rather intermittent drainages - UTs to Persimmon Branch.
General Comments | Photos
10. General Comments: 
Some sediment (larger grained materials) were caught in inadequate sed ponds. Lack of retention volume and outlets that were too low and had no filter fabric etc. allowed high turbidity water to exit the site. Site owner notified that reports will go to ADEM Wednesday night May 5th if there are not signs that someone well qualified is in charge and effective measures are being taken to bring the site into compliance and prevent further offsite transport of pollutants.
