General Comments | Photos
10. General Comments:
Site still is nearly totally devoid of effective ESC measures. Also, there is still no permit and contact information at the construction entrance, Things like the flawed channel stabilization effort at the entrance and the sed pond issues give the appearance that there is no person in charge who really knows/understands and can employ effective ESC measures.
