1. Registration/Information Posting | 2. Stormwater Appearance
1d. Comments:
Technically this is a maintenance project (an emergency bridge repair project) and does not I believe require CSW permit registration although County Engineer Derek Brewer indicated that they had to obtain permits.

3a. Is there enough stone, gravel, or stabilizing material to cover the entrance/exit?:
YES

YES
3d. Is the construction entrance/exit free from flowing dirty water?:

Controls not of much use for streambank portion of project. Bare ground where work was complete had been seeded and fertilized.

5a. Are storm drains and inlets protected and in good repair?:

At the first visit on May 1 there was a pipe that directed discharge to an unarmored bare soil area near the river bank. This was subsequently corrected - see May 5 report for this site.

YES
6b. Are completed phases of the site seeded for permanent vegetation?:

One drain pipe lacked armoring.

YES
General Comments | Photos
10. General Comments:
In addition to the bridge repair the Dale County Road and Bridge Department created an access point for recreational users - see May 5 report for more details.
