Technically this is a maintenance project (an emergency bridge repair project) and does not I believe require CSW permit registration although County Engineer Derek Brewer indicated that they had to obtain permits.

Controls not of much use for streambank portion of project. Bare ground where work was complete had been seeded and fertilized.

5c. Comments: 
At the first visit on May 1 there was a pipe that directed discharge to an unarmored bare soil area near the river bank. This was subsequently corrected - see May 5 report for this site.
