2c. Comments:
Current controls will not in my professional opinion prevent offsite transport upon a significant rain event. Project in general has been well done and generally adequate and appropriate measures are in place. Compliant at this time is about step bank area that has loose mulch and bare ground where adequate treatment would require well installed ECBs.
5. Storm Drain and Inlet Protection | 6. Soil Stabilzation and Cover
6f. Comments:
Area has been left - presumably for good with inadequate erosion control measures.

10. General Comments:
This project has with the exception of the problem reported at this time had generally adequate or better ESC measures. The attached photos show the project sign as well as the problem area. The problem area is just across the road from what is called Lake Lagoona by the students - it drains to Persimmon Branch. No registration signage was found at/near the project signage on Elm Street.
