This photo was taken from a SouthWings plane on 01/09/09. I personally tracked the mud from the plane, then in my truck, then on foot. All of this was coming from 5 developers in the Cottondale Creek watershed, a major tributary to Hurricane Creek and the Black Warrior River, seen here.
