General Comments | Photos
10. General Comments:
Retention pond on site needs maintenance and proper BMPs in place to prevent it from overflowing during major rain events. Owner claims the site frequently floods and acknowledged that it needs maintenance. Dirt from the retention pond has been used to replenish roads, thus leading to intense erosion around the edges of the pond and more sediment leaving the site due to transportation.
