Silt fence does not extend far enough to cover constructio areas; fences are not properly trenched; silt laden water is going both under and around the silt fences.

evidence of erosion is clearly visible across the entire front yard.

10. General Comments: 
Silt fence has been installed. Silt laden water is going around and under the fence. Fence is ineffective. See last photo - that is a picture of Emerald Lake - in part as a result of the run off from this site.
