In 2009, after filing an earlier report, property owner made a lame attempt at creating a 'retention ditch'. This was never completed and is now fully eroded away.

The sediment running off the property is increasing (see photo from 2008 vs. 2010) of down stream silt clogging a grassy pasture.

THE FOUR PHOTOS SHOW TWO VIEWS EACH SEPARATED BY 2 YEARS.

The first view is of a hay field on the downstream side of Olivette Rd. In 2008 the grass was sufficient to absorb and hide the sediment. In 2010, the sediment is choking the grass.

The next 2 photos show the stream as it runs through the eroding pasture. The baseline erosion in 2008 was bad, the amount of sediment and chanel widening is even greater in 2010.
