Enforcement Log Notes: 
Called this morning following complaint of concerning runoff over the weekend; went out to check the site from the other bank and could see sedimentation in the main stem of the Neuse. Met DWQ/DLR staff and walked the construction site with the project head; pointed out places that needed improvement/repair (these began while we were on-site). DWQ will follow up with NPDES documentation and DLR will follow up to make sure repairs/improvements are conducted properly. NOV may be issued for off-site sedimentation.
