TOWF Action

The builder working for the Town has been notified on numerous occasions to repair erosion control measures. This site is regulated by the State and not the Town and thus enforcement would be by the State in the way of NOV's and inspections. After contact with the builder, roads were cleaned, silt fence repaired and seed and straw were applied to areas that had been untouched for more than 21 days. Currently, the building is trying to complete this phase of the project and transition to the second phase of building parking lots, a wet detention pond and removing the old Town Hall.

Thank you for your inspection of this site. We greatly appreciate your assistance.

Holly Spring, EI, CPESC
Assistant Town Engineer
Town of Wake Forest
