General Comments | Photos
10. General Comments:
Small creek behind the construction site was full of very muddy water, but view ws obstructed by foliage of stream buffer. Sediment fences were full to the top of mud and require immediate maintance. Dirt was exiting the site via two exits. At one of these exits, debris from the work site was in the roadway. Stormdrains on site were poorly protected and require immediate maintance. Roadside stormdrains had NO protection and were full of debris and dirt. There was no soil stabilization toward the back side of the site that ran directly into adjacent creek.
